At Earthbound® Grounding, we want you to be fully satisfied with your wellness journey; if your grounding apparel doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all conductive silver-thread components are protected.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
